Miss Gong Tteokbokki ini terkenal sama #구슬떡볶이 nya. Mirip-mirip ginilah bentukannya, cuma gak ada fish cake dan bawang daunnya. Aku pernah cobain Miss Gong Tteokbokki ini waktu di Busan, nemu di Kakao Map ada cabangnya gitu. Bisa cek postingannya di #allieinBusan Enak sih, tapi jangan makan bareng tteokbokki biasa. Gak tau kenapa tipe bumbunya beda gitu gak terlalu strong. ——— ✨TTEOKBOKKI 떡볶이 ✨without anchovies and kelp broth #michelleoeyRecipeBook #allieRecipeBooks Ingredients: • 210 grams Tteok • 72 grams Eomuk (Fishcake #어묵) • 50 grams Green Onion • 1/2 tbsp Gochujang 고추장 • 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes) #고추가루 • 1/2 tbsp Jin-ganjang 진간장 (Soy Sauce) • 1/2 tbsp Sugar • 1/2 tbsp Myeolchi Aekjeot 멸치액젓 (Fish Sauce) • 270 ml Water • 1 Hard Boiled Egg Directions: 1. Add the water and fish cake to a shallow pot or pan. 2. Boil for 10 minutes over medium high heat without the lid. 3. Add another ingredients 4. Stir gently with a wooden spoon when it starts to boil. Keep stirring until the rice cake turns soft and the sauce thickens and looks shiny, which should take about 10 minutes. 5. Remove from the heat and serve hot. Tips: ✅ If the rice cake is not soft enough, add more water and continue stirring until soften. When you use freshly made rice cake, it takes shorter time.
