#michelleoeyKitchen kalo lagi low carbo, makanin ini aja gak pake nasi cukup 🥲 ——— ✨Mun Tofu✨ #michelleoeyRecipeBook #allieRecipeBook Ingredients: * 100 gr Chicken Fillet (or Pork Loin), minced * 100 gr Peeled Shrimp, minced * 1 tbsp Cooking Oil * 4 cloves Garlic, minced * 2cm Ginger, minced * 1 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce * 1/4 tsp Chicken Powder * 1/4 tsp Salt * 1/4 tsp Pepper * 1/4 tsp Sugar * 1 block Silken Tofu (cut into 2 cm cubes) * 200ml Water * 1 tbsp Corn Starch + 100ml Water (Mixture A) * 1 stalk Green Onion, chopped * 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil How to: * Heat up a wok over high heat. Add cooking oli with the garlic and the ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant. * Add the chicken (or pork) and the shrimp, also add fish sauce, chicken powder, salt, pepper, and sugar.
